Our Physical Education curriculum is designed to develop not only athletic ability but also resilience, discipline, and confidence in our students. The programme balances skill-building, teamwork, and personal development—ensuring every student develops both physically and mentally.

Our goal is not only to encourage lifelong physical activity but also to instil values such as determination, fair play, and mental toughness—key qualities for success both on and off the field.
