Our Physical Education (PE) curriculum is designed to develop not only athletic ability but also resilience, discipline, and confidence. The programme balances skill-building, teamwork, and personal development—ensuring every student develops both physically and mentally.

Through PE, we encourage a passion for lifelong physical activity, and instil mental toughness, as well as values like determination and fair play —all of which are key qualities for success both on and off the field.
