Unforgettable Adventures at Woodrow High House!

From Monday 14th September to Wednesday 16th September, our students embarked on a thrilling three-day residential trip to Woodrow High House. It was an extraordinary experience filled with adventure, teamwork, and personal growth!

High-Flying Thrills & Outdoor Skills Throughout their stay, students challenged themselves across a range of energetic outdoor activities: • High Ropes Challenges: Reaching new heights on Jacob’s Ladder and building teamwork skills on the Crate Stack. • Bushcraft & Outdoor Learning: Developing practical survival skills during interactive Bushcraft sessions. • New Skills & Sport: Taking on the Challenge Course, Low Ropes, and Mountain Biking. • Campfire Evenings: Gathering around the Campfire on Monday evening for stories and bonding.

Delicious Meals & Happy Appetites An outdoor adventure requires plenty of energy, and the food at Woodrow High House was a massive hit! From warm, yummy croissants at breakfast to delicious hot meals, the students thoroughly enjoyed their dining experience—with many clearing their plates and eagerly asking for second helpings!

Building Character, Confidence, and Community Woodrow High House offered far more than just fun activities with friends. As an outdoor education centre, it encouraged students to step well outside their comfort zones, building resilience, self-confidence, and lasting teamwork skills.
