We serve our children the food we like to eat. That means freshly cooked meals, prepared with care and a menu designed to expand palates.
Our catering focuses on nutritious choices from around the world, in celebration of the numerous cultures which enrich the Muslim Ummah (community). From one day to the next, students get to enjoy truly international fare, ranging from Malaysian Mie Goreng to Cajun Grilled Chicken, as well as everyone’s hearty favourites like cheesy Shepards Pie and Turkish Vegetable Güveç.
We take care to source HMC approved meats and ingredients. There are always Vegetarian options available on the daily menu, and all dishes are marked with allergens.
